Volaris Lake Wilson is undergoing construction in Davenport, Florida. The residential complex will comprise 310 units, ranging from one-bedroom to three-bedroom layout plans. According to GrowthSpotter, the community will comprise two 48-unit buildings and six 36-unit buildings. Each garden-style building will measure three stories above grade.
Sources note that construction started on the venture in October 2021. Waypoint Residential is the owner and general contractor, and it hopes to end construction sometime in 2023. The community will rest on 136 acres. Communal amenities include a private swimming pool and clubhouse, both of which are located at Volaris Lake Wilson’s entrance. Other amenities include a dog park and spa, fitness center, and yoga studio.

Owners anticipate that the community will attract professionals aged 25 to 35 years old. Philips Partnership is the architect. The Georgia-based organization presently has 40 active projects. Kimley-Horn and Associates Inc. is the civil engineer.
At this time, rent is not publicly available. Rentcafe notes that for a 1,073-square-foot apartment in Davenport, Florida, one can expect to pay $1,894 a month. Central Florida is seeing a lot of growth. Volaris Lake Wilson is just one of many apartment complexes unfolding in the area.
