Construction has ended on Delmar 745 Apartments, a residential complex in St. Petersburg, Florida. The 12-story building comprises 65 apartments, ranging from one-bedroom to two-bedroom units. The building itself features more than 104,000 square feet of new construction.
Homes come outfitted with EnergyStar appliances and spacious floor plans. Communal amenities include a fitness center, lighted walkways, clubhouse, library, computer room with free Wi-Fi, and children’s alcove. There is also on-site parking.
Delmar 745 is an equal opportunity affordable housing community. According to Royal American, homes start at about 782 square feet. People started moving in circa March 2022. Interested parties can click here to learn more about the complex’s availability.
Lynx Management Constructed started work on the $21.2 million project in May 2018. McCormack Baron Salazar owns the venture. Corwil Architects Inc. was the architect. It designed Delmar 745 in the modern architectural style. The residence is “seamlessly integrated into the surrounding community and enhances the sense of place in the neighborhood.”
Before construction began, the project had been in the works since 2017. Delmar 745 Apartments’ address is 745 Delmar Terrace South, St. Petersburg, Florida, 33701, in Pinellas County. The community is directly north of Interstate 175 and east of Fairgrounds St. Pete.
