Palms of Plantation is slated for Broward County, Florida. The community will offer a three-story building with 84 assisted living units and 27 memory care units. Construction started in April 2022, with Stiles Corporation––Corporate Office serving as the general contractor.
Ideally, the community will open in May 2023. In total, the venture cost more than $21 million to build, and it will replace a now-defunct plant nursery. An affiliate of Sagestone Partners owns the project.
The facility will replace a former plant nursery.
According to the organization’s website: “The Palms offers all the lifestyle and amenities of a luxury community while providing the necessary senior-based care and assistance.” It also notes that the community was slated to open in Spring 2022.
Rosemann & Associates is the project’s architect. Thomas Engineering Group, LLC is the civil engineer, and Florida Engineering Services is the MEP engineer. Pennoni Associates Inc.––Clearwater is the structural engineer.
The South Florida Business Journal notes that there is a lot of demand for assisted living facilities as more and more seniors move to the region. Palms of Plantation’s address is 1019 South State Road 7, Plantation, Florida, 33317, in Broward County. Per Google Earth’s renderings, the community is north of Green Stars Preschool and Enrichment Center and north of Pine Ridge Alternative Center.
