The Reef is nearing completion in Jacksonville, FL, with availability starting June 2022. The Jacksonville Financial News & Daily Record notes that the complex was initially called “Fiddler’s Reef.” Construction started on the Reef in Summer 2020, with Live Oak Contracting operating as the general contractor. The venture cost $52.5 million to build.
The luxury apartment complex offers 456 units across various multi-story buildings. There are 11 different styles to choose from, ranging from one-bedroom to three-bedroom layout plans. They measure 640 square feet to about 1,480 square feet each.
Homes will be available in June 2022.
Apartments.com reports that rent ranges from $1,625 to $3,055 a month. Residences come outfitted with walk-in closets, granite countertops, in-unit washers and dryers, and high-speed internet access.
Communal amenities comprise a fitness center, game room, swimming pool, and walking/biking trails. The Reef is also located west of the Hanna Park Campground and the Atlantic Ocean, giving residents year-long access to the east coast’s parks and beaches.
The Reef features one-bedroom to three-bedroom units.
Dwell Design Studio Headquarters is the architect, and Connelly & Wicker Inc. is the civil engineer. Ocean Reef Atlantic Beach, LLC is the owner. Each of these firms have locations either in Florida or Georgia.
The Reef’s address is 2753 Mayport Road, Jacksonville, Florida, 32223, in Duval County.
