Bay Pointe Undergoes Construction at 10216 Eureka Drive and Southwest 184th Street, Perrine, Florida

Bay Pointe is currently undergoing construction in Miami-Dade County, Florida. The eight-story, multi-million-dollar venture will feature 269 apartments and about 3,800 square feet of retail space. The residences will measure 558 square feet to 1,161 square feet each, offering one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units.

The South Florida Business Journal reports that the community will offer 500 parking spots. Communal amenities include a fitness center and swimming pool. The mixed-use venture rests on a 2.4-acre plot. There are a few single-family homes already on the lot. It’s unclear whether those homes were demolished or will be incorporated into the new community.

The venture will offer more than 250 residential units.

Bay Pointe’s been in the works since 2020. Longhorn Construction is the general contractor. It hopes to finish the 215,000-square-foot venture within the next two years. Modis Architects LLC designed the project. The Miami-based firm presently has 28 active projects, mostly in the residential and commercial sectors. 184 Holdings LLC owns Bay Pointe.

Records show that a $55.3 million construction loan made the project possible. Bay Pointe has not shared how much rent will cost. However, Rentcafé notes that for an 887-square-foot apartment in the area, rent hovers around $2,132 a month.
