Sixty90 Apartments To Offer Affordable Housing Options at 6090 Central Avenue, Gulfport, Florida

Sixty90 Apartments is headed to St. Petersburg, Florida. The $78.2 million venture could start construction later this year, with completion scheduled for 2023. The development’s website reports that the mixed-use development will measure four stories above grade and yield 204 residential units, requiring more than 423,000 square feet of new construction.

According to St. Pete Rising, Sixty90 Apartments will offer two retail spaces on the ground floor, as well as the leasing office and various amenities. The venture will offer 470 parking spots––252 for cars and 218 for bicycles.

The mixed-use venture could finish construction in 2023.

The publication also notes that, out of the 204 units, 42 are set aside for those making 61 to 80 percent of the area median income (AMI), and 141 units are set aside for households making 80 to 120 percent of the AMI. The remaining are market-rate units.

DDA Development owns Sixty90 Apartments. Forum Architecture & Interior Design, Inc. is the architect, and Bandes Construction Company Inc. is the general contractor. Other involved entities include Structural Concepts & Design, LLC, George F Young Inc., and Joseph, Lawrence & Co. LLC.

Sixty90 Apartments offers amenities on the groundfloor.
