Deseo Apartments Could Get Second Phase, Offering 365 Units in Orlando, FL

Deseo Apartments is getting a second phase in Orlando, Florida. As it stands, Deseo Apartments offers homes measuring 750 square feet to about 1,200 square feet each. Per ORB Engineering, the second phase will add 365 apartments in a five-story building.

The building will measure 65 feet tall and rest on a parcel measuring more than five acres. It’ll be on Deseo Apartments’ south side. The venture will be located 115 feet away from the nearby Artegon Mall. Plans call for a total of 605 parking spots. Of that figure, 16 parking spots are for handicapped individuals, and 12 are set aside for motorcycles.

The second phase will likely resemble the first one (pictured here).

Records suggest that a third residential phase could follow if everything goes according to plan. If the City of Orlando approves the development’s proposal, construction could start on Deseo Apartment’s second phase later this fall. It could cost $130 million to complete. American Landmark is the venture’s owner.

Baker Barrios Architects, Inc. is the architect. The second phase will likely resemble Deseo Apartment’s first phase, sporting a neutral-colored façade. It’s unclear whether phase two will share phase one’s communal amenities or if it will have its own.

The second phase will rest on a parcel measuring more than five acres.

Right now, already-existing communal amenities comprise a swimming pool, game room, business center, and more. Deseo Apartments’ second phase is located at 5250 International Drive Orlando, Florida, 32819, in Orange County.
