Emerald Bay Apartments Planned for 4200 West 84th Street, Hialeah, Florida, 33018

Emerald Bay Apartments could soon take shape in Hialeah, Florida. The $345 million venture will offer more than 900 units delivered in multiple phases. The first phase alone will offer seven buildings, featuring one-bedroom to three-bedroom homes. They will measure from about 660 square feet to 1,320 square feet each.

Per the Real Deal, homes come outfitted with stainless steel appliances, in-unit washers and dryers, and smart-key entryways. Sources report that construction could start in February 2023. The venture requires repurposing a defunct truck lot and commencing sitework on a parcel measuring 31.3 acres.

The venture will offer more than 900 residential units.

In 2021, the South Florida Business Journal reported that buildings would measure three to five stories above grade. Communal amenities comprise a fitness center, dog park, two lakes, three pools, and an event lawn. There is also space for residents to practice yoga. To accommodate the large resident population, developers plan on providing at least 2,000 parking spots.

MSA Architects designed the venture. Conceptual renderings show garden-style and mid-rise structures on the build site. JVC Management is the developer.

The venture will replace this truck lot.

Emerald Bay Apartments’ address is 4200 West 84th Street, Hialeah, Florida, 33018, in Miami-Dade County. The venture’s in a largely industrial area. However, sources note that as developers invest in the area, it could offer more residential commodities.
