Extended-Stay Hotel Coming to 9229 University Parkway, Pensacola, Florida, 32514

A stayAPT Suites is coming to Pensacola, Florida. The three-story hotel will offer 88 units and require more than 69,000 square feet of new construction. The wood-framed slab-on-grade development is just one of many extended-stay hotels unfolding in the U.S. right now.

Mapp Construction, NDRS Construction, and Burke Construction Group are the general contractors. They could start construction by the end of this summer. Based on the venture’s scope, it could finish construction sometime in 2023. The hotel will measure just over 128 feet tall.

King-sized rooms come with kitchens and seating.

The multi-million-dollar venture will offer basic amenities, offering king and queen suites. Residents can also take advantage of the communal laundry rooms, lounges, vending machines, and fitness center.

The hotel’s rooms are accessible via outdoor entryways. Each room is painted eggshell white and comes with broadloom carpet. The rooms measure about 500 square feet each and feature full-sized kitchens, sleeper sofas, and living rooms. They also come with large center islands, ideal for seating.

The hotel measures three stories above grade.

Affordable Suites of America owns the venture. Delapp Enterprises LLC is the developer, and Geci & Associates Inc. is the civil engineer. Pensacola’s newest stayAPT Suites is located at 9229 University Parkway, Pensacola, Florida, 32514, in Escambia County. It’s north of I-10 and west of Escambia Bay.

NDRS Construction is the general contractor.
