Flagler Station in West Palm Beach, Florida, is slated to end construction later this year. The multi-million-dollar venture will measure eight stories above grade and offer close to 100 affordable housing units.
Homes range from one to three bedrooms, with residency reserved for those making at or below 30, 60, 70, or 80 percent of the area’s median income. Per Housing Trust Group (the venture’s owner), rent will cost $416 to $1,771 a month.
In total, the venture requires more than 135,000 square feet of new construction, resting on a 1.56-acre lot. Communal amenities include a 3,200-square-foot clubhouse, fitness center, rooftop pool, two-story parking garage, and more. Sources report that the Rinaldi Group LLC (the general contractor) could finish construction in Fall 2022. Residents can move in shortly afterward.
Flagler Station’s been in the works since 2020. Florida Construction News reports that the developers secured financing in December 2020, getting a $29.2 million financing package from various sources.
Involved parties in the venture comprise WGI, Inc., McNamara Salvia, and RPJ Consulting Engineers, Inc. Corwil Architects Inc. designed the high-rise venture. The Coral Gables-based firm presently has 37 active projects, many of which are unfolding in South Florida.
Flagler Station’s address is 991 Banyan Boulevard, West Palm Beach, Florida, 33401, in Palm Beach County. The community is east of I-95 and west of the Myer Amphitheater.
