The Julia is now leasing units in St. Petersburg, Florida. The multi-million-dollar venture measures 19 stories above grade and offers lofts, full-estate units, and penthouses. Some units comprise 8,000 square feet of new construction; 6,000 square feet of interior space, and 2,000 square feet of outdoor terraces.
St. Pete Rising reports that there are 15 units total, with no more than two units on each floor. The publication reports that The Julia’s size alone is a selling point; residents won’t have to wait long for elevators or deal with crowded pools. Homes start at around $1 million each. The Julia is named for the developer’s young daughter.
The venture will measure 19 stories above grade.
Communal amenities include a spa pool, outdoor garden, rooftop terraces, and a cold water plunge pool. The development itself is near many of St. Petersburg’s amenities, including the Salvador Dali Museum, the James Museum of Western & Wildlife, and Tampa Bay.
B2 Communications is managing the development’s public relations aspect. Crown Capital Group is one of the venture’s consultants, and Francis Family, LLC is the developer. Right now, The Julia’s website notes that construction could end in 2022, while other sources note that construction has not started.
Amenities include a swimming pool and outdoor terrace.
The Julia’s address is on the southwest corner of 4th North and 1st Street North, St. Petersburg, Florida, 33701, in Pinellas County.
