Apex Apopka Apartments is presently undergoing site work in Central Florida. The upscale housing development will offer 285 units spread across six four-story buildings. Apex Apopka Apartments will offer housing to those living in (or hoping to move to) Orange County. The Apopka Growth Alliance notes that Apopka is one of the fastest-growing neighborhoods in Central Florida right now. Demand could be high once leasing begins.
