Apex Apopka Apartments is presently undergoing site work in Central Florida. The upscale housing development will offer 285 units spread across six four-story buildings. Cision PR Newswire notes that there are 17 different floorplans to choose from, featuring one-bedroom to three-bedroom options. The project is scheduled for completion in early 2024.

Communal amenities include a fourth-floor observation deck, car wash, resort-style swimming pool, and a clubhouse. There are also six freestanding garages. Some homes come outfitted with private parking garages.

Apex Apopka Apartments will offer housing to those living in (or hoping to move to) Orange County. The Apopka Growth Alliance notes that Apopka is one of the fastest-growing neighborhoods in Central Florida right now. Demand could be high once leasing begins.
