The Avery, a 200-Unit Complex, Nearly Finishes Construction in Orlando, FL

General contractors broke ground on the Avery in February 2021, and now, it’s leasing. The multifamily residential venture offers 200 units spread across five four-story buildings. In total, the venture required more than 200,000 square feet of new construction.

The market-rate apartments offer homes measuring about 750 square feet to 1,200 square feet each. They offer various layout plans––one-bedroom to three-bedroom units. Rent starts at around $1,800 a month. Select floor plans come with one month rent-free. Apartments feature stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and 42-inch cabinets. They also come with in-unit washers and dryers.

Units start at around 750 square feet each.

Communal amenities include an on-site leasing office, outdoor grilling center, swimming pool, and clubhouse. Construction on many of the units ended this summer. However, some units will not be available until this October. The venture cost $42 million to complete, and the 200 apartments sit on a lot measuring 7.80 acres.

Sources report that UrbanScape Properties, Inc. is the owner. Republic Properties Corporation is the developer, Geopoint Surveying Inc. is the land surveyor, and Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. is the civil engineer. Summit Contracting Group Inc. is the general contractor.

The premises features a swimming pool.

The Avery’s address is listed as 1000 Avery Village Loop, Orlando, Florida, 32825, in Orange County.
