Spirit Airlines Corporate Headquarters/Campus to Comprise More Than 500,000 Square Feet at 139 South Compass Way, Dania Beach, Florida

Spirit Airlines has a $250 million mixed-use venture unfolding in Dania Beach, Florida. Brasfield & Gorrie LLC––Orlando broke ground on the venture in early 2021, and it plans on finishing in 2023. Spirit Airlines reports that once the project finishes, it’ll hire 225 more people.

The South Florida Business Journal notes that the venture will comprise more than 500,000 square feet of new construction. Most of that square footage will be office space. Plans also call for 200 apartments for Spirit Airline employees within the next four years. Those apartments will be hosted in a seven-story apartment building with a parking garage. Residency is reserved for flight crews, training staff, and administrators, per the Real Deal. The project also calls for a 103,500-square-foot flight simulator.

The venture will offer apartments, office space, and more.

Spirit Airlines acquired the build site for $32 million in 2019. The airline giant, which is currently headquartered in Miramar, owns the venture. The organization hopes that the new facility will increase the airline’s revenue, as it took a pretty decent hit during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Gensler is the venture’s architect. The Miami-based firm presently has 17 active projects in Florida and Texas. It’s currently overseeing the construction of Cerveceria la Tropical Phase II in Miami and CitizenM Hotel, also in Miami.

The venture’s located in Dania Beach, Florida.

Spirit Airlines Corporate Headquarters/Campus’s address is 139 South Compass Way, Dania Beach, Florida, 33004, in Broward County.

  1. Spirit Airlines is a ripoff company. We bought two tickets to fly out of Milwaukee Mitchell airport on April ninth and return back on April Twelfth from Las Vegas Nevada. Today the fights we paid for dropped to $70.00 from $170.00 a person. And on the same plane.we haven’t even gotten close enough to the month of April. No credit or seat upgrades. They just kept our senior citizen hard earned money.

  2. My young adult sons,in Florida, planned time off work, and college, to visit their father. There flight was canceled, because a pilot didn’t show up for work. Spirit has DONE NOTHING, to accommodate getting the flight replaced. There difficult schedule has been a challenge to make.this visit happen, with NO regard, or respect, from Spite.

Spirit airlines and JetBlue airlines are price price gouging all the airlines are price gouging that are flying directly from Haiti to the US. They are charging the individuals anywhere from two to $3000 five to $600-$1000 just to fly from a place that they only normally charge anywhere from $75-$135
