McNamara Salvia Structural Engineers reports that One West Palm is close to completion. The mixed-use development will offer two 30-story towers, measuring 426 feet each.
One tower offers 326 luxury homes, while the other comprises 201 hotel rooms. Communal amenities comprise a fitness center, spa, indoor pool, two outdoor pools, and indoor tennis courts. An eight-story podium connects the two towers. The podium itself offers six stories of parking.
One West Palm also offers more than 20,000 square feet of commercial space, including a daycare center, corner parks, and shops. There’s also about 200,000 square feet of Class A office space. The Palm Beach Post reports that general contractors hope to finish the project in fall 2023, if no delays arise. Yet, some construction experts note that completion in 2024 is more feasible.
Construction started nearly three-and-a-half years ago. Jeff Greene is the owner and developer. Arquitectonica is the architect. Right now, the residences’ sizes aren’t publicly available. However, Apartments.com notes that the one-bedroom, one-bathroom units average around 736 square feet.
One West Palm’s address is 550 North Quadrille Boulevard, West Palm Beach, Florida, 33401, in Palm Beach County. The development’s east of I-95 and north of the North Museum of Art.

No Way in HELL. The site is usually empty. No workers just a bunch of homeless persons living in the guts of the building. From what I understand, the City of West Palm Beach is going to order that the structure be taken down.
