The Manatee County Logistics Center Starts Construction at 44th Avenue East and U.S. Highway 301, Bradenton, Florida

Construction has officially started on the Manatee County Logistics Center in Bradenton, Florida. The $303 million venture requires more than 550,000 square feet of new construction and will comprise industrial space.

The Tampa Bay Business Journal reports that the new construction is spread across three 32-foot buildings measuring 188,000 square feet each. Tenants will reside in spaces measuring around 23,000 square feet. The publication notes that the Manatee County Logistics Center will offer “premium industrial space with high-end finishes, lush landscaping, and easy access to major highways.”

Construction is expected to end in late 2023.

In fact, about 1,600 feet of the property faces U.S. Highway 301. Loopnet.com reports that plans call for six drive-in bays and 157 dock doors. Barron Collier Companies and Imminent Ventures are the project’s developers. C4 Architecture LLC is the architect. Conceptual renderings show three low-rise buildings with on-site parking.

ARCO Murray––Orlando is the general contractor. The Central Florida-based organization aims to have the venture completed in the third quarter of 2023. Right now, it has two active projects: the Manatee County Logistics Center and ARCO Murray Distribution Warehouse in Orlando.
