Construction on the Note could start later this year in Jacksonville, Florida. The residential development will offer 290 units, ranging from one-bedroom to three-bedroom units. The homes will be spread across three four-story buildings.
The community also offers carriage homes with garages, per the Jacksonville Daily Review. Leasing could start in late 2023 and, at this time, pricing options are not publicly available. Communal amenities comprise a 24-hour fitness center, bike share station, pet spa, and swimming pool.
There will also be a Starbucks Coffee bar located on the premises. The Note could cost more than $44 million to complete. As of October 11, 2022, the City of Jacksonville Building Department had the venture’s building permit application on record and was reviewing it.
Chance Partners LLC purchased the build site for nearly $3 million earlier this spring. The build site itself measures around nine acres. Dynamik Design is the architect. Pittman Landscape Architecture is the landscape architect, Kimley-Horn––Jacksonville is the civil engineer, and Fansler Design Build, LLC is the general contractor.
All organizations involved in this venture are located either in Florida or Georgia. The Note’s address is listed as 14041 Hyatt Road, Jacksonville, Florida, 32218, in Duval County. The community is east of I-95 and north of I-295.
