Livano Nature Coast is a 348-unit multi-family community slated for Spring Hill, Florida. LIV Development recently purchased the 31.75-acre build site for $4.35 million, per Land Advisors Organization.
The community will comprise 11 three-story buildings and three two-story carriage buildings. The units are pretty large, with many measuring more than 1,000 square feet, according to BLDUP.
Construction could start by the end of this year.
LandSouth Organization is the general contractor. It hopes to start construction by the end of this year, with the first units becoming available in the first quarter of 2024. Sources report that developers are presently seeking building permit approval from Hernando County officials.
Communal amenities comprise a clubhouse, resort-style swimming pool, pickleball courts, and a mini-golf course, just to name a few. There’s also more than 10,000 square feet of indoor community space.

Livano Nature Coast could cost $131.3 million to complete. Baker Barrios Architects designed the community. Conceptual renderings show a garden-style community where upper-floor units have balconies, while lower-level units have patios.
Clearview Land Design is the civil engineer, and TLC Engineering is the structural engineer. Livano Nature Coast’s address is 2950 Landover Boulevard, Spring Hill, Florida, 34608, in Hernando County. The community is west of Florida State Road 589.

I’m a senior service director with a large residential company and I live 6 minutes from this build. I have doe several new construction lease ups and ha e 23 years experience. I am interested in this property being its so close to home as I drive an hr to.tampa everyday. Is there any contacts for employment?
