Florida YIMBY has learned of two Miami-based projects: one that has finished construction and another that could break ground next year. Here’s what we know.
Yesterday, Florida YIMBY reported on Madison Midtown, a 240-unit multi-family development on Florida’s Space Coast. Now, we’re reporting on another project in developer Madison Capital Group’s pipeline: Madison Bradenton.
North Carolina-based Madison Capital Group has plans for a multi-family housing development on Florida’s Space Coast. Madison Midtown will comprise 240 homes, with in-unit amenities including granite countertops, high-end flooring and cabinets, and stainless-steel appliances.
Atlanta-based Wood Partners intends to break ground on “the only attainable, new construction development” in Venice.
Construction is expected to start soon on the Kelson Apartments, a multi-family housing complex in Lake Nona. The venture’s expected to yield 342 residences divided amongst 19 buildings. They span 691 to 1,387 square feet each, offering future residents flexible layouts and various furnishings.
