The North Edge, a residential housing development in Palm Beach County, could start construction in the spring of next year. The three-story building would offer nine condos, measuring 2,000 square feet to 3,080 square feet each.
The Sun-Sentinel reports that two units will have two bedrooms, six units will have three bedrooms, and the remaining will have four bedrooms. These are luxury condos, with the entire venture estimated to comprise 41,000 square feet of new construction.
Sources report that the North Edge will cost more than $3 million to complete. Communal amenities comprise 26 parking spots, a fitness center, a swimming pool, and a spa. Seaside Builders purchased the .82-acre build site for $3.6 million. In 2017, the property sold for $1.7 million.
Renderings from Google Earth show that the general contractor may have to demolish some already-existing structures before construction starts. Eliopoulos and Associates, Inc. is the architect. JC Planning Solutions is the project’s consultant.
The venture’s presently in its early planning stages, but once construction starts, it could take anywhere from a year to 18 months to complete. The North Edge’s address is South Federal Highway and Lake Avenue North, Delray Beach, Florida, 33483, in Palm Beach County. The community is east of I-95.
