ANF Group, Inc. and Providence One Partners have topped off Providence Living at Pembroke Pines, a new assisted living facility in Pembroke Pines, Florida. The development is a 114,003-square-foot assisted living and memory support community designed by Forum Architecture, located on 3.15 acres on the west side of Palm Avenue, just south of Pines Boulevard, at the Pembroke Pines City Center entrance.

The three and two-story building will have 117 units, comprising 121 beds of assisted living and memory care. Designed by Forum Architecture, the project will include restaurant-style dining rooms with meals prepared on-site, a full-service salon, a fitness center with a physical therapy room and private massage room, multiple living rooms equipped with iN2L smart televisions, a theatre, and craft rooms. Individual units will be equipped with upgraded lighting and plumbing fixtures, wood vinyl plank flooring throughout, full ADA-compliant and zero-entry showers, 42” televisions in every room with cable, Wi-Fi, and a state-of-the-art wireless emergency call system.

As Florida’s senior population continues to grow, there will be an increase in demand for quality senior care facilities.”

“Our goal is to create exceptional, comfortable, and safe homes for Pembroke Pines seniors, while providing each resident their ‘Best Day Possible’ through great care, diet, physical, mental and spiritual exercise and stimulating social experiences,” said Michelle Pierce, Chief Operating Officer of Providence One Partners.

This project is being developed between Providence One Partners and ANF Real Estate Group and will be managed by Providence Senior Living. The project is expected to open and welcome residents in the fourth quarter of 2023. ANF Group is the general contractor.
