ANF has completed construction of the new Broward Sheriff’s Office (BSO) Research, Development, and Training Center (R.D.T.C.) in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, serving as the construction manager for the project with Saltz Michelson Architects and RDG Planning & Design as the architects. The building is designed to meet Class “A” Office Building standards.

ANF Group, Inc. recently topped off construction on Douglas Garden Residences in Broward County, a 6-story affordable housing community located at 705 Southwest 88th Avenue in Pembroke Pines. This development will serve as the area’s largest affordable living community for seniors. The project is a collaboration between Miami Jewish Health (MJH), a nonprofit organization providing health care and living services for older adults, and McDowell Housing Partners, a prominent real estate investment and development firm.
ANF Group, Inc. recently celebrated the topping out of the first phase of Southpointe Vista, a two-phase affordable housing development developed by McDowell Housing Partners located at Southwest 117th Court and Southwest 214th Street in Miami-Dade County’s Goulds community. This phase introduces a 10-story high-rise reserved for those earning up to 70% of the area median income, featuring 124 affordable units comprising 91 one-bedrooms, 25 two-bedrooms, and eight 3-bedrooms. A two-story parking garage, connected by a skybridge, includes 196 spaces and 18 electric vehicle charging stations. Amenities encompass community rooms, laundry facilities, a cybercafé, a fitness room, a rooftop terrace, and on-site management offices.
