There’s just one vacant parcel in the Westshore Yacht Club, and it’ll soon be home to Aqua, a three-building community. The first tower will offer 77 condos. The Tampa Bay Business Journal reports that homes start at over $1 million. At this time, sources don’t list homes’ square footage, but they’ll likely range from one-bedroom to multi-bedroom units.
Smith & Associates Real Estate notes that the three towers will face west to maximize sunset views. Communal amenities include a third-story swimming pool, valet parking lot, co-working space, billiard tables, and a sports bar. The Westshore Yacht Club also has about 150 boat slips, which residents could also enjoy.

The Tampa Bay Business Journal reports that the 6.1-acre parcel sold for $7.5 million in 2020. The project itself could cost more than $100 million to complete. Sales for the first tower’s units are expected to start in 2023.
Curts Gaines Hall Jones Architects is the architect. It shared conceptual renderings online, showing a vibrant community with easy access to Old Tampa Bay. It’s also within driving distance of the nearby Gulf of Mexico. Other involved parties include Booth Design Group, IDDI, and Bohler Engineering. They’re the project’s landscape architect, interior design team, and civil engineer, respectively.
