Radius at Sawgrass Proposed for West Sunrise Boulevard and Sawgrass Corporate Parkway, Sunrise, Florida

Plans are underway for Radius at Sawgrass, a 32-acre mixed-use community in Broward County, Florida. The venture, estimated to cost more than $400 million to finish, will offer 750,000 square feet of office space, 50,000 square feet of commercial space, and 750 residences.

The venture will offer residential, office, and commercial space.

The campus is easily accessible by three major roadways, making it ideal for residents and commuters. Per Avison Young, more than 150,000 people drive past Radius at Sawgrass’s future location each day. This is ideal for business owners, who, as a part of leasing space, get the opportunity to design their businesses’ facades.

In 2019, the South Florida Business Journal reported that the project has enough space for various corporate amenities, such as fitness centers and a cafeteria. GL Commercial is Radius at Sawgrass’s owner. It purchased the build site for $15.6 million in 2005. Sources report that as of December 2022, developers were seeking approval from the City of Sunrise Development Review Committee.

At the time of publication, plans were currently under review. Construction isn’t expected to start before the first quarter of March 2024. Radius at Sawgrass’s address is West Sunrise Boulevard and Sawgrass Corporate Parkway, Sunrise, Florida, 33351, in Broward County. The venture is directly north of the Sawgrass Expressway.
