Bainbridge World Center to Finish Construction in 2024 at 14051 International Drive, Orlando, Florida

Bainbridge World Center is undergoing construction in Orlando, Florida. The luxury multifamily development’s slated to open in early 2024, offering 341 apartments.

The homes vary from one-bedroom to three-bedroom layout plans, measuring 841 to 1,473 square feet each. They come outfitted with high-end finishes and other sophisticated features, according to PRWeb.

Amenities include a 10,000-square-foot clubhouse.

The homes will be spread across multiple garden-style buildings. Conceptual renderings suggest that some may measure five stories above grade. Communal features include a resort-style swimming pool, residents’ lounge, mail kiosk, freestanding parking garages, and a 10,000-square-foot clubhouse.

Bainbridge World Center itself is located on International Drive, Central Florida’s tourist corridor. That means residents would have easy year-round access to Florida’s theme parks and other attractions.

The community’s located in Orlando’s tourist corridor.

Prior to construction starting in October 2022, the 16-acre build site was undeveloped. Sources note that the residential complex could cost $46 million to complete. Bainbridge Companies is the developer and general contractor.

GrowthSpotter reports that the South Florida-based organization hopes to bring nearly 800 apartments to the Sunshine State over the next few years. Kimley-Horn is the civil engineer, and Scott + Cormia (formerly known as “Scott Partnership Architects”) designed the community.

Bainbridge World Center’s address is 14051 International Drive, Orlando, Florida, 32821, in Orange County.
