Construction’s finishing up on Resia Pine Ridge, an affordable multifamily housing development in Palm Beach County, Florida. The community comprises 288 apartments, making it the area’s largest workforce housing complex. It appears to be a garden-style community.

The Palm Beach Post reports that rent depends on tenants’ income levels, with rent for a two-bedroom unit not exceeding $2,898. Aimed at “moderate to middle-income essential workforce” residents, homes are reserved for those making 60 to 140 percent of the area median income (AMI).

Amenities include a swimming pool.

Apartments.com reports that homes vary from one-bedroom to two-bedroom apartments, measuring 612 square feet to 868 square feet each. The community’s website notes that homes feature ten-foot-high ceilings, stainless-steel appliances, private balconies/patios, and hurricane-grade windows.

Communal amenities comprise a children’s playground, 24-hour fitness center, multi-purpose clubhouse, swimming pool, and more. As of January 9, 2022, the community’s first building has opened, and the leasing office was scheduling tours with interested parties.

The venture will offer 288 units.
