Residence 23 Proposed for 212 Northeast 23rd Street, Miami, Florida, 33137

Residence 23 is unfolding in Miami-Dade County, Florida. The 36-story tower will require more than 700,000 square feet, comprising 369 apartments. It will rest on a build site measuring 1.65 acres, with the developer having purchased the build site for $30.65 million in 2022.

Per the South Florida Business Journal, homes range from studios to three-bedroom units. They measure about 560 square feet to more than 2,900 square feet. At this time, rent information isn’t available. Yet, for a one-bedroom apartment in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood (where Residence 23 is located), one can expect to pay around $3,100 a month.

Communal amenities include a co-working center on the second floor. There’s also a fifth-story amenity deck with a swimming pool, lounge, and pickleball court. The top floor features a sky lounge.

Residence 23’s apartments are just one part of its development. Plans also call for more than 13,500 square feet of retail space. Possible tenants aren’t known yet. Trilogy Real Estate Group is the developer.

The venture measures 36 stories.
