Sycamore Orlando Resort Expected to Finish Construction in December 2023 in Central Florida

Sycamore Orlando Resort’s first phase is nearing completion in Central Florida. The upscale luxury apartments range from one-bedroom to three-bedroom suites. The resort itself will comprise six seven-story towers, with eight to 10 units on each floor.

In total, there are 378 apartments, resting on a 9.8-acre lot. The apartments themselves measure 684 square feet to 1,480 square feet each. The largest apartments can accommodate up to 10 people. These are for-sale units, but when not in use, residents can rent them out through an onsite program.

The venture offers easy access to many of Orlando’s activities.

AIM Florida notes that the pet-friendly development has 25,000 square feet of amenities spread across three stories. Those amenities include a sauna, salon, fitness center, multiple resort-style swimming pools, and a lot more.

Other structural features include two acres of outdoor recreational space and a convention center. Because of Sycamore Orlando Resort’s location, there is also a shuttle service that takes residents to and from Walt Disney World and Orlando International Airport.

The resort will comprise several mid-rise buildings.

Sources report that Sycamore Orlando Resort will reach completion in three phases, with the first phase expected to finish construction in March 2023. The second and third phases will reach completion in July 2023 and December 2023, respectively. Sales launched in April 2019.

Sycamore Orlando Resort’s address is listed as 7754-7712 Livingston Road in Orlando, Florida.
