ALINA Residences Tops Off ALINA 210 Building At 210 Southeast Mizner Boulevard In Boca Raton

El-Ad National Properties, an Elad Group company, recently celebrated the topping off of ALINA 210, a nine-story building with 30 residences at ALINA Residences Boca Raton. The achievement is remarkable as it comes only a year after the development’s groundbreaking, situated in the heart of downtown Boca Raton at 210 Southeast Mizner Boulevard. ALINA Residences is an award-winning residential project designed by renowned architect Peter Stromberg of GarciaStromberg and constructed by Moss Construction, the general contractor.

The topping off of ALINA 210 was celebrated by dozens of community leaders and elected officials, including El-Ad National Properties CEO Noam Ziv, Boca Raton Mayor Scott Singer, and Douglas Elliman Florida CEO Jay Phillip Parker, among other local dignitaries.

In March 2022, ALINA Residences initiated its second development phase, encompassing two buildings, ALINA 210 and ALINA 220. The completion of phase two in late 2024 will finalize ALINA Residences, comprising three buildings: ALINA 200, ALINA 210, and ALINA 220, offering a total of 303 residences. ALINA 200 has already been sold out and is currently occupied.

The intimate centerpiece of ALINA Residences, ALINA 210, features nine stories and 30 exquisite corner residences, with a maximum of four residences per floor.
