Bainbridge Ponte Vedra Apartments – Nocatee could start undergoing construction in April 2023. Sources note that the residential complex will comprise 12 apartment buildings, offering one- to three-bedroom homes. Communal amenities include a swimming pool, a 24/7 fitness center, and various pet-friendly accommodations.

The Jacksonville Business Journal reports that the community will cost close to $60 million to complete. There will also be 396 apartments total, along with a four-story parking garage. There will be 690 spots, making for about 1.7 spaces per unit.

The community offers many amenities.

Bainbridge Ponte Vedra Apartments – Nocatee will rest on a site measuring 16.29 acres. Google Earth shows that the parcel is currently undeveloped. Construction’s expected to last 26 months.

Bainbridge Companies serves as the general contractor. Scott + Cormia and Studio 5 Interiors are the architects. Online conceptual renderings suggest a garden-style community where some units come with balconies.

The venture will rest on a plot measuring just over 16 acres.

Other involved parties include England-Thims and Miller, Inc. (the civil engineer), Construction Engineering Group (the mechanical engineer and electrical engineer), and Gutherman Structural (the structural engineer).
