Discovery Senior Living hopes to move forward with Choreograph Daytona Beach, a senior living community. Plans call for more than 270,000 square feet of new construction, featuring 200 one-bedroom and two-bedroom units. Sources suggest that construction could start on the $50 million community in May 2023 and conclude in early 2025.
Discovery Senior Living notes that the development will reflect Daytona Beach’s vibrant lifestyle. Communal amenities include a dog park, clubhouse, and state-of-the-art fitness center. What’s more, residents can enjoy the on-site yoga classes and happy hours.
As suggested, Discovery Senior Living owns the community. It hopes to also move forward with Choreograph Gainesville. It’s very similar to Choreograph Daytona Beach, except that it will offer 180 apartments instead of 200.
Architectural Concepts Inc. is the architect. Kimley-Horn Vero Beach is the civil engineer, and Geopoint Surveying is the geotechnical engineer. All of these entities are based in Florida.
Choreograph Daytona Beach will be located on North Clyde Morris Boulevard and Dunn Avenue in Daytona Beach, Florida, 32114, in Volusia County. Judging by Google Earth’s renderings, it’s unclear whether demolition will take place prior to the start of construction. The community is west of I-95 and north of Port Orange.
