Miami-based real estate firm, Clara Homes, has broken ground on the first building of Clara Bay Harbor, a rental development designed by S & E Architects, Inc, located at 10281 West Bay Harbor Drive in Bay Harbor Islands. The six-story midrise will feature 28 well-appointed apartments designed with high-quality finishes, personalized door attendants, and concierge service. The development aims to set a new standard for rental living in Miami, offering convenient on-site amenities and focusing on providing a comfortable, hassle-free home experience. Construction of the first building, led by OHLA, is expected to be completed in 2024.
Clara Bay Harbor sits between the renowned Bal Harbour Shops and Miami’s Indian Creek, comprising three buildings with 150 residences. The development offers a desirable lifestyle and location at the heart of Bay Harbor, just minutes away from the Atlantic Ocean and the city’s best shopping and dining destinations. Clara Bay Harbor is the developer’s first South Florida multifamily development, showcasing expertise in creating thoughtful projects from scratch. The construction of Clara Bay Harbor is set to be completed in three phases, with each building getting its phase. The other two buildings, located at 1147-1163 100th Street and 10200 East Bay Harbor Drive, are expected to commence construction later this year. The entire master plan is slated to be finalized by late 2025.
