The Related Group of Florida hopes to move ahead with Hollywood Arts Residences in Broward County, Florida. The South Florida Business Journal reports that previously, plans called for a 26-story tower with 135 beachfront units. Now, a new proposal aims to expand the venture, adding four stories and 11 condos. That makes it a 30-story tower with 146 homes.
Homes range from two-bedroom to four-bedroom homes, measuring 1,910 square feet to 3,706 square feet. Plans also call for five 4,478-square-foot penthouses. Miami Residential notes that homes come with the latest appliances, designer fixtures, and glass walls with “breathtaking city views.” Arquitectonica is the architect.
The residential aspect comprises nearly 502,000 square feet. A fifth-floor amenity deck will offer a swimming pool, fitness center, barbeque area, and two pickleball courts. There is also free Wi-Fi in all common areas.
As part of the proposal, the Related Group has agreed to build a 23,631-square-foot community center. Sources note that the venture will offer meeting areas, a ballroom, a restaurant, and a library.
Hollywood Arts Residences cost $75 million to build, with homes starting at $750,000. The development could rest on a four-acre site at 1301 South Ocean Drive, Hollywood, Florida, 33019, in Broward County. It’s southeast of Young Circle Park.
