In February 2023, Palm Beach County officials approved the Villages at Windsor, a residential community comprising 187 apartments. Per the Palm Beach Post, the community will offer 47 workforce housing units, with monthly rent contingent on one’s income.
Communal amenities include a fitness center, swimming pool, children’s playground, patio, and game room. Each of the four buildings will come with an elevator, offering handicap-accessible accommodations. The buildings will measure three to four stories above grade.
Records from Palm Beach County report that the build site will measure 11.84 acres. Developers successfully requested a zoning change to designate the venture as a high-residential community.
Sources report that the Villages at Windsor could start construction in April 2023. As of February 2023, the $71 million project was in its early planning stages. If this information is correct, and the venture does start construction this spring, it could take 18 months to complete.
Involved parties in Villages at Windsor include Civic Hypoluxo Holding, LLC and JMorton Planning and Landscape Architecture. They are listed as the applicant and agent in Palm Beach County’s records.
Villages at Windsor is located on the southeast corner of Hypoluxo Road and Lyons Road in Lake Worth, Florida, 33467, in Palm Beach County.
