Sources report an exciting venture taking shape in Cocoa, Florida: the Arbours at Cocoa Landing. Construction on the $65 million development could start in June 2023, offering 280 residences.
Plans call for 102 one-bedroom units, 151 two-bedroom units, and 27 three-bedroom homes. They measure around 803 square feet to 1,546 square feet each. They will be spread across 13 wood-frame buildings, with the largest comprising 26,851 square feet of new construction. There are also four types of garages.
The community will comprise more than 130,000 square feet of new construction.
In total, the Arbours at Cocoa Landing will require more than 130,000 square feet of new construction. The development will feature two lakes, measuring 2.12 and 1.72 acres.
Documents from Cocoa, Florida, report that the community will rest on three parcels. Communal amenities include a car wash, dog washing station, playground/tot lot, and exercise stations. The development will also have winding walking trails, along with a resort-style swimming pool.
Construction could start this summer.
Arbour Valley Development LLC is the developer. McKean & Associates, Architects is the architect, and Cotleur & Hearing is the landscape architect. Merritt Island OD, LLC is the owner. Most of the entities involved in this project are based in Florida.
