Corporate Realty’s got big plans for an assisted living facility in Davie, Florida. Construction on the $30 million venture could start in July 2023. Upon completion, it’ll offer more than 40,000 square feet of new construction, featuring a four-story assisted living facility and a three-story medical office building.
A July 2022 article by the South Florida Business Journal notes that the facility would offer 274 beds spread across 185 residential units. Plans also call for 308 parking spots and four electric charging stations.
Baker Barrios Architects, Inc. is the architect.
Communal amenities would include an event lawn, swimming pool, fitness center, art studio, café, salon, and more. The facility would offer both independent and memory care services. The goal is to meet Davie, Florida’s growing senior population.

Google Earth’s renderings show that the assisted living facility would replace a business that focuses on selling playground equipment. The new venture’s address is 8150 Griffin Road, Davie, Florida, 33328, in Broward County.
The community would be west of Florida 595 and east of Tree Tops Park.
