Fourth Phase of Atlantic Village Progresses at 800 and 814 North Federal Highway, Hallandale, Florida

Sources report that the fourth phase of Atlantic Village is undergoing construction in Broward County. The $24 million venture would replace two restaurants with a 12-story office building, comprising 105,152 square feet of new construction.

The South Florida Business Journal reported in June 2022 that plans also call for 7,745 square feet of retail and restaurants, along with five stories of parking. This will all take shape on a .53-acre build site that Atlantic Village 4 LLC (the developer) purchased for $3.28 million in 2021.

The expansion will measure 12 stories.

Synalovski Romanik Saye is the architect. Renderings show a high-rise building in a contemporary style. The Real Deal reports that Grupo Eco is also involved in the venture. Atlantic Village in Hallandale Beach has been unfolding since the unveiling of its first phase in 2016.

Its first two phases primarily focused on restaurants and various retail ventures. The third phase (which was under construction as of the second quarter of 2022) included a medical office, stores, and restaurants.

The venture’s located in Hallandale Beach, FL.

Atlantic Village Phase four will face the other three phases at 800 and 814 North Federal Highway, Hallandale, Florida, 33009, in Broward County. The development is west of I-95 and directly south of Fort Lauderdale International Airport.
