HarborChase of Boynton Beach is a luxury age-restricted community headed to Palm Beach County, FL. The venture’s website reports that units will become available in 2023, offering “Spacious apartments, generous amenities, and unparalleled hospitality.”
The development will offer homes ranging from studios to two-bedroom apartments. They come with kitchenettes, handicap-accessible fittings, and central air conditioning. The community at large offers an arts and crafts center, game room, fitness center, movie room, and much more.
The community could finish construction this spring.
In addition to offering unparallel amenities, HarborChase of Boynton Beach will offer memory care, mild dementia care, and assisted living services. Seniorly notes that rent starts at around $5,100 a month, although this could change the closer the community gets to opening.
Florida Medical Space (FMS) reports that the low-rise community will rest on a build site measuring 4.33 acres. It reports that JKM Developers broke ground on the venture in 2021. It’s been in the works since 2017.
Homes come with kitchenettes.
HarborChase of Boynton Beach could cost just over $25 million to complete. The venture’s goal is to offer upscale housing options to seniors.
HarborChase of Boynton Beach’s address is 11810 South Military Trail, Boynton Beach, Florida, 33436, in Palm Beach County. The development is west of I-95 and east of the Florida Turnpike.
