  1. what’s with the silly upside down signage….is that a Standard thing? (headshaking)

  2. No respect for grass | April 24, 2023 at 10:16 am | Reply

No green space. What a disaster the City of Miami approved the upzoning of Midtown Miami without a park. Soon there will not be any grass at all. And trees are at risk too. The Standard is just another project that demolishes one of the last few green spaces in Midtown Miami.

  3. For a Standard property it looks awfully standard :-/

  4. Are these rentals? If so anyone know of a decent area in Florida where they accept vouchers or for seniors? Decent means safe.
