The Perigon Miami Beach Takes Shape at 5333 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, Florida

The Perigon Miami Beach is an exciting high-rise venture slated for a 2026 completion. The 18-story tower will offer 73 units, ranging from 2,100 square feet to 6,100 square feet each. They comprise two-bedroom to four-bedroom layout plans, with Miami Residence reporting that they start at $4.14 million.

Resting on Millionaire’s Row in Miami Beach, the development will offer “chic, sophisticated residences, exquisite amenities and unparalleled services.” Homes come with 10-foot-high ceilings, private elevators, and imported Italian fixtures. Residences start on the fourth floor and continue upward to the 10th floor, per the development’s website.

The tower will measure 18 stories.

The community at large features a host of amenities, including an oceanfront restaurant, pool and beachside service, cocktail lounge, private spas, and other resort-inspired offerings.

Mast Capital and Starwood Capital Group are the developers. OMA by Rem Koolhaas is the architect, and Tara Bernerd & Partners is the interior designer. The Perigon Miami Beach features 200 feet of private shoreline facing the Atlantic Ocean, and many residences come with oceanfront views.

Construction could end in 2026.

The venture’s address is 5333 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, Florida, 33140, in Miami-Dade County. The community will be east of Indian Creek. The Perigon Miami Beach offers easy access to Miami International Airport, Wynwood, and Bal Harbour.
