Our sources note that developers secured a $340 million construction loan for the Ritz-Carlton Residences, Palm Beach Gardens. The 11-acre venture will offer three-bedroom to five-bedroom units, measuring about 2,700 square feet to 5,000 square feet each.
Residences come outfitted with designer kitchens, Wolf and Sub-Zero stainless-steel appliances, and quartz countertops. Homes will start at $4 million. The tower will measure seven stories above grade.
There is more than 20,000 square feet of amenities, including a multi-level clubhouse featuring a coffee bar, library, putting green, fitness center, and steam room. There’s also a resort-style swimming pool with cabanas and an event kitchen.
Boatlovers will especially appreciate the marina with 29 boat slips. Catalfumo Companies is the developer. It hopes to break ground on Ritz-Carlton Residences, Palm Beach Gardens, in summer 2023, with delivery slated for the third quarter of 2025.
Construction could take anywhere from 18 to 24 months. Spina O’Rourke + Partners is the architect, and Suffolk is the general contractor. Douglas Elliman Development Marketing is marketing the venture, and 2GHO is the landscape architect.
Ritz-Carlton Residences, Palm Beach Gardens, will be located at 2200 PG Boulevard, North Palm Beach, Florida, 33408, in Palm Beach County.
