The Shore Club Private Collection is a luxury, high-end venture slated for Miami Beach, Florida. The multi-million-dollar venture will comprise 49 homes, measuring 1,900 square feet to 10,000 square feet each, according to Miami Luxury Homes. They will range from two-bedroom to six-bedroom homes, starting at $6 million.
Condos come with waterfront views, floor-to-ceiling hurricane-grade windows, and spa-inspired bathrooms. They also come with yacht-inspired amenities, including bespoke wood kitchens and marble countertops. Communal amenities include a steam room, valet parking, café, restaurant, and car charging stations.
The 49 residences are just one piece of the great Shore Club vision. Plans also call for renovating The Cromwell, an 18-story tower completed in 1939. It will be part of the Auberge Resorts Collection and offer 75 suites. A 6,000-square-foot single-family home is also underway.
Our sources report that Robert A.M. Stern Architects designed the project in the MiMo (Miami Modern) style. This is the organization’s first oceanfront venture. It’s also its first residential venture in Miami Beach, having completed the Miami Beach Library in 2005. Douglas Elliman Development Marketing is exclusively marketing the venture.
The Shore Club Residences’ address is 1901 Collins Ave., Miami Beach, Florida, 33139, in Miami-Dade County. The venture is just one block away from Collins Park and east of the Miami Botanical Garden.
