Lucid Motors Opens 23,000-Square-Foot Location At Miami Worldcenter

Luxury electric vehicle manufacturer, Lucid Motors, has opened its newest facility at Miami Worldcenter, a transformative $6 billion, 27-acre mixed-use development in Downtown Miami. The location, spanning nearly 23,000 square feet, features a Lucid Studio where customers can experience the brand’s luxury electric vehicles, including the award-winning Lucid Air sedan. Operating from Monday to Friday, 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and on weekends with adjusted hours, the facility also serves as a service and delivery center for the Lucid Air. Lucid’s Miami Worldcenter location offers an immersive environment that showcases the company’s distinctive design aesthetic.

Miami Worldcenter continues to attract diverse concepts, with Lucid Motors joining recently opened food and beverage options, national retail brands, and the citizenM Miami Worldcenter hotel. Exciting additions, such as Earls Kitchen & Bar, Maple & Ash, Sports & Social, Bowlero, and the renowned Museum of Ice Cream, are set to open soon. As one of Florida’s largest privately owned and developed urban real estate projects, Miami Worldcenter offers a dynamic mix of residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces and an impressive array of retail, restaurant, and entertainment venues.

Managed by Miami Worldcenter Associates in partnership with CIM Group, the project is led by Managing Partners Art Falcone and Nitin Motwani. Nitin Motwani expressed excitement about Lucid Motors’ addition, emphasizing the brand’s innovative luxury appeal and its contribution to Miami Worldcenter’s vision as a vibrant live, work, and play destination in the city’s heart.

CIM Group and The Comras Company, a Miami-based boutique real estate firm, lead the retail leasing efforts at Miami Worldcenter. CIM Group, known for its community-focused approach to real estate and infrastructure, manages and develops various aspects of the project. Shaul Kuba, Co-Founder and Principal of CIM Group highlighted Lucid Motors’ role in unveiling the impressive retail, dining, and entertainment experiences at Miami Worldcenter.

Miami Worldcenter is home to completed residential towers, including PARAMOUNT Miami Worldcenter, Caoba, and Bezel Miami. Construction is underway at several other towers, including Miami World Tower, Legacy Hotel & Residences, Caoba Phase Two, and The Crosby. Planned developments include 600 Miami Worldcenter, a condominium project by Aria Development Group and Merrimac Ventures, a 65-story condo tower by Naftali Group, a mixed-use development by Abbhi Capital, and a three-tower residential project by The Witkoff Group.

Beyond its offerings, Miami Worldcenter features World Square, a vibrant 20,000-square-foot public plaza and park designed as a central gathering place. The plaza offers open space, shaded areas, and pedestrian-friendly sidewalks with dining, entertainment, and retail options.

Miami Worldcenter’s $5 million public art initiative, curated by international art dealer Jeffrey Deitch and Miami-based curatorial collective PRIMARY, transforms the development into a permanent outdoor art museum. The initiative showcases contemporary and modern artworks by globally acclaimed artists, including large-scale murals, paintings, and sculptures.

Art, culture, and modern living thrive at Miami Worldcenter, near notable attractions such as Museum Park, the Kaseya Center, the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, and Miami Dade College’s Wolfson Campus. Adjacent to Brightline’s MiamiCentral station, the development offers excellent connectivity to Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, and soon Orlando, in addition to access to Tri-Rail, Metromover, and Metrorail.
