The Enclave at Deer Moss Creek is undergoing construction in Niceville, FL. The luxury multifamily community will comprise 303 units, ranging from one-bedroom to three-bedroom layout plans.
Per PR Newswire, the apartments will be spread across nine three-story buildings and two two-story apartments. The homes themselves offer stainless steel appliances, vinyl plank flooring, and granite countertops.

Communal amenities in the 18-acre development include a resort-style swimming pool, outdoor kitchen, two dog parks, two children’s playgrounds, and a mail kiosk. Plans also call for a 7,935-square-foot clubhouse.
FaverGray is the general contractor. It broke ground on the Enclave at Deer Moss Creek in May 2023. The homes are slated for completion in 2024. At this time, developers haven’t confirmed how much rent will cost.

Yet, sources note that the cost of a one-bedroom apartment in the area hovers around $1,850 a month. MH Deer Moss Creek LLC is the developer. HEDK is the architect. Its conceptual renderings show wood-framed buildings with “fiber cement siding with stone accents” and “architectural-style asphalt shingles.”
Jenkins Engineering is the civil engineer, and Jordan & Skala Engineers is the MEP engineer. The Enclave at Deer Moss Creek’s address is 1000 Deer Moss Loop, Niceville, Florida, 32578, in Okaloosa County.
