Construction began on the Station at San Marco in February 2022, and it’s scheduled August 2023 move-ins. But just what is it?
The Station at San Marco is a mixed-use development in Jacksonville, Florida. The multi-million-dollar venture will comprise 345 apartments, ranging from studio to two-bedroom units. Sources note that rent will range from $1,399 to $2,700. a month, although this could change with time.
According to ResidentNets, the homes will measure 567 square feet to 1,361 square feet each. Communal amenities include a rooftop swimming pool, sky lounge, and various other offerings.
Faver Gray, the general contractor, notes that the homes will be located in a five-story building. That same mid-rise building will offer 5,000 square feet of ground floor retail, along with a parking garage. The Station at San Marco will all take shape on a build site measuring 3.3 acres.
Prior to the start of construction, the Jacksonville Daily Record notes that the Florida Baptist Convention owned the property. It sold the site to Chadbourne II LLC in June 2017. Chadborne II MF LLC is an affiliate of Trevato, the project’s owner.
Dynamik Design is the architect, and it shared conceptual renderings of the wood-framed community online. The Station at San Marco address is 1300 Hendricks Avenue, Jacksonville, Florida, 32207, in Duval County.
