Hyde Park Village is home to Tampa’s various amenities, from shopping centers to restaurants. Now, the thriving district will soon be home to Palihouse Hyde Park Village, a boutique hotel set to open later this fall. The venture will offer 36 spacious guestrooms, along with a cocktail bar, lobby lounge, and other features.
Per the venture’s website, there are six layout plans to choose from. The largest room, called “The Corner King,” will span 380 to 425 square feet, offering a kitchenette, rain shower, mini-bar, and cocktail table. The smallest room, called “The King,” measures 300 to 320 square feet, featuring a mini-bar, 50” TV, and fine linens.
Offerings at Palihouse Hyde Park Village include pet-friendly accommodations, Diptyque bath amenities, and overnight valet parking. There’s also a restaurant called the Lobby Bar, which offers an all-day food and drink menu. The hotel is managed by the world-famous Palisociety Hotels by Avi Brosh, which has 18 other properties. It was developed by WS Development, according to Visit Florida Media.
The Tampa Bay Business Journal reports that Palihouse Hyde Park Village required redeveloping office space that was once on the property. The hotel’s address is 1509 W Swann Avenue, Tampa, Florida, 33606, in Hillsborough County.
