Construction continues on Arya, a garden-style apartment complex in St. Petersburg, Florida. Our sources indicate that the development will comprise 11 residential structures.
They include two five-story and four four-story apartments. There will also be five two-story carriage homes that come with private garages. BLDUP notes that of the 415 available units, 125 will be designated as workforce housing.
The 19.97-acre build site will host more than 400 apartments.
Fifty-nine units are reserved for those making up to 80 percent of the area median income (AMI) and another 66 units for those making up to 120 percent of the AMI. The U.S. Census notes that the median household income for St. Petersburg in 2021 was $64,375.
Communal amenities at Arya include a 15,000-square-foot clubhouse, along with a 3,000-square-foot fitness center, a resort-style swimming pool, and dog parks. There will also be 790 parking spots––259 more than what was required. Construction started on Arya in April 2022, with completion planned for Fall 2024.

Stock Developer is spearheading the project. It purchased the 19.97-acre property in June 2022 for $10.8 million. Humphreys & Partners Architects is the architect. Other involved parties include Summit Construction, HPA Design Group, and George F. Young Engineering.
Arya’s address is 5475 3rd Lane North, St. Petersburg, FL, 33703, in Pinellas County. Prior to the start of construction, the build site was home to a mobile home court.
