Construction on Marlowe South Tampa is expected to wrap up in 2024. The 350-unit apartment complex will offer homes ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments. There will also be two- and three-bedroom townhomes.
Greystar notes that homes measure 502 square feet to 1,958 square feet, and there are 17 floorplans to choose from. Pre-leasing recently started, meaning that some units are no longer available. It’s no surprise; apartments in the region are filling up fast.
The Tampa Bay Business Journal reports that the smallest units are currently going for around $1,600 a month, although this figure changes frequently based on market demand. Per the venture’s website, residences come outfitted with smart home thermostats, full-sized washers/dryers, wood-style plank flooring, and private balconies/patios.
Communal amenities include a swimming pool with courtyard, electric vehicle charging stations, and a dog park. The complex itself will include more than 12 acres of protected wetlands and ponds.
Alexandra Kozak-Mehta, the Greystar development director, told PR Newswire that: “We know outdoor space is more important than ever for our residents, which is why we designed so many outdoor amenity options… we can’t wait to start welcoming them home.”
