Construction is officially underway for the NoMad Residences Wynwood, a nine-story building offering 329 condos. The condos, which are expected to be completed by 2025, start at a price point of $600,000 for a studio, and they come fully furnished.
These condos will allow short-term rentals on home-sharing platforms, catering to investors seeking flexibility and potential revenue streams. Sources indicate that the project has yet to secure a construction loan, even after the 1.25-acre property’s acquisition for $26.5 million in 2021.
The nine-story project will feature a bar and other amenities.
NoMad Residences Wynwood will feature a wide array of residential amenities, including a pool deck, indoor/outdoor fitness center, a NoMad Library and Lounge, and coworking spaces. The building will feature art from the Jorge M. Pérez Collection.
What sets this project apart is its distinctive architectural design by Arquitectonica. The building will also house the NoMad Bar, overseen by the James Beard Award winner Leo Robitschek, and a restaurant, Casa Tua Cucina, on the ground floor.
The venture will rest on a 1.25-acre build site.
NoMad Residences Wynwood was made possible by the Related Group and Tricap in partnership with Lndmrk Development and Tricera Capital. NoMad Residences Wynwood will be located at 2700 N.W. Second Ave., Miami, Florida, 33127, in Miami-Dade County.
