El-Ad National Properties Reaches New Milestones On Second Phase Of ALINA Residences In Boca Raton

El-Ad National Properties, part of the esteemed Elad Group, proudly announces that its second phase of ALINA Residences, ALINA 210 and ALINA 220, has achieved significant construction and sales milestones. With a remarkable 70% sales rate, the recent advancements for ALINA Residences’ second phase encompass the installation of terrace railings, flooring, and glass; the formation of expansive amenity decks; the operational transition from hoist to internal elevators; and the imminent building of newly arrived cabinets and appliances. Located at 200 Southeast Mizner Boulevard in Boca Raton, this world-class residential hub in downtown Boca Raton continues to make significant construction progress and is on track for timely delivery. Though the first phase, ALINA 200, stands fully occupied and sold out, ALINA 210 and ALINA 220 still offer many residence options and diverse floorplans. Earlier this year, ALINA Residences celebrated the topping off of these final phases of the project. Notably, ALINA 210 is expected to be delivered ahead of schedule in the summer of 2024. Upon the culmination of ALINA 220 in late 2024, the ALINA Residences’ triad – consisting of ALINA 200 (121 residences), ALINA 210 (30 residences), and ALINA 220 (152 residences) – will house a combined 303 units.

Noam Ziv, the CEO of El-Ad National Properties, expressed pride in the growing community of ALINA. He noted that some residents from ALINA 200 have transitioned to Phase Two or recommended the residences to acquaintances and relatives, evidencing the satisfaction derived from Phase One.
